Confident Cascade

We are located on Banneraghatta Road, specifically around the Hathikhana Ratanpole area. Confident Cascade is just our small business where we try to get through the day like everyone else. The road outside is always packed with cars and buses, so there’s a lot of dust and noise. We spend a lot of time cleaning the front area because of that. Inside, it’s a bit quieter. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us who have been working together for a few years now. We know each other's habits pretty well by now. We start the day by opening up the shutters and letting some air in. Then we check the list of things that need to be done. Sometimes we get distracted talking about the local news or whatever is happening in the neighborhood. It’s not a very formal place. We wear casual clothes and just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because most of them are. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or anything like that. People usually just find us by walking past or hearing about us from someone else in the area. It can get stressful when things go wrong, like a leaky pipe or a broken light, but we just fix it and move on. It’s just a regular workplace for us, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep showing up every morning.
