Cane Boutique

Cane Boutique is located over at Kishore Prabha Chambers, specifically No. 272 on the Intermediate Ring Road in Domlur II Stage. Being on the Ring Road means it's always noisy with cars and bikes zooming past outside, but inside we are usually focused on the furniture and decor items we work with. We’ve been in this part of Domlur for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Our space isn't like those giant showrooms you see in malls. It’s a bit more personal than that. We spend a lot of time looking at different materials and figuring out how things fit together. Sometimes a piece doesn't come out quite right the first time, so we have to go back and fix it. That's just part of working with your hands and real materials. We have a small team here, and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. If something needs moving, we all pitch in together. The lighting in the shop could probably be better, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it’s home to us. We enjoy the process of seeing a raw material turn into something someone will actually use in their house. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just stay here in Domlur and keep making things the best we can.
