You can find us in Room 304, right above the Sowparnika Bakery on Old Madras Road. It's in the Subhash Nagar extension area of Virgo Nagar here in Bangalore. Being above a bakery means it always smells like fresh bread, which is a nice bonus for us while we work. We spend most of our time on the phone or reading through resumes. It's just a small room, nothing special, but it's where we do all our hiring work. We help people find jobs and help companies find workers, mostly in the local area. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic from Old Madras Road, but we’re used to it by now. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We don't have any big signs, just the room number on the door. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others helping out. We don't do any big marketing. Most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing the bakery downstairs. We keep a simple calendar and some notebooks to track who we’ve talked to. It’s a practical way to run a business without too much overhead. We’re usually here from morning until early evening unless we’re out meeting someone. It’s a good little spot for what we do every day and we plan to stay here.
