The Chancery

You’ll find us on Mosque Road in Frazer Town. It’s at number 20/1. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets, especially in the evenings when everyone comes out for the food. Our building is right in the thick of it. The street is always alive with the sound of bikes and people talking. We’ve been here for a good while, watching the old bungalows get replaced by newer apartments and shops. Inside, we just have our regular setup. It isn't a massive corporate office, just a place where we get our work done. The windows look out over the street, so there’s always something to see. During Ramadan, the whole road changes and it’s a totally different experience with all the stalls. We usually have to plan our day around the traffic because Mosque Road can get completely blocked. We have a small group of staff who have been living in Frazer Town for years. We often talk about how the neighborhood used to be much quieter. Now, there’s a new cafe or restaurant opening up every other month. We like being in this part of town because everything you need is within walking distance. Even though it's noisy and crowded, it feels like a real community. We just go about our business, answering phones and handling the daily paperwork while the world passes by outside our door. It is just life in this neighborhood.
