Bhavam Murals Store

It’s a bit unusual having a store inside an apartment complex, but D-603 in Spring Beauty Apartment is where we do everything for Bhavam Murals Store. We are right here in Brookefield, which is a pretty lively part of Kundalahalli. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just asking the security guard at the gate. We started this because we had too many murals and paintings taking up space in our own living rooms. Now the whole place is basically a workshop. There are paint cans in the hallway and brushes soaking in the kitchen sink pretty much all the time. It’s not your typical shop with a big sign and a glass front. You have to take the lift up to the sixth floor. We spend most of our time sketching out designs or mixing colors to get the right shade for a client. Sometimes the neighbors come by to see what we are working on, which is nice. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of big frames lying around, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be some high-end gallery. We just like painting and selling what we make to people who want something different for their walls. Living and working in the same spot means the coffee is always ready, but it also means we never really stop. It’s a simple life, just painting and packing things up to send out.
