We are located at 1143 V S Lane in Banashankari 2nd Stage. It is a bit of a quiet lane compared to the main roads around here. We spend our days making ice cream. It is a lot of work with the freezers and the mixing machines, and it gets pretty cold in the storage area. We have been at this for a while now. We are not a giant factory, just a local company doing things our own way. The floors are always a bit damp from the cleaning we do to keep things sanitary. We get the milk deliveries early in the morning, usually before the sun is even up properly. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing a belt or a motor, but we usually get it sorted out quickly. We do not have a fancy showroom. It is more of a practical space where we focus on the production side. People in the neighborhood know the address 1143 well. We see kids walking by all the time, hoping to get a whiff of whatever we are mixing that day. It is a simple business. We do not do big TV ads or have a flashy logo. We just make the ice cream, pack it up, and get it out to where it needs to go. It is a lot of heavy lifting and keeping track of temperatures. It keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday every single week.
