Bansuri Sweets

Bansuri Sweets is over in Vijaya Nagar at number 10, RPC Layout. We are specifically on Club Road, 1st Main 2nd Stage. It’s a bit of a long address but we are easy to find once you are in the area. We make all kinds of sweets every day. The morning starts with the big milk cans arriving. We spend hours stirring the large pots. It’s hard work. We don't use many machines. Most of it is done by hand by our small team. Our shop in Vijaya Nagar is a simple place. We have glass counters to show what we made today. Sometimes the trays look a bit uneven because we don't use molds for everything. We think that is okay. It shows it's handmade. Club Road gets quite a bit of foot traffic. We see kids coming in after school and elders in the evening. We don't do flashy ads or big promotions. We just focus on the recipes we have used for years. The floor is tile and we mop it constantly to keep it clean. RPC Layout is a nice neighborhood to work in. We have become friends with the other shop owners nearby. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us working here at number 10. We try to keep the prices fair for everyone. If you are in the 2nd stage of Vijaya Nagar, stop by and say hello.
