Our shop is out on Begur Road in the Bommanahalli part of Bangalore. It’s a busy road with a lot of trucks and bikes passing by all day. We specialize in eggs, and that’s pretty much what fills the entire space here. We get big shipments in every few days, and the whole place gets covered in cardboard trays and crates. It’s a simple operation where we sell to the local shops and also to individuals who live nearby. The floor is concrete, and we spend a lot of time moving things around to make room for new stock. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the doors open to let some air in. People around Bommanahalli know us as the place to get fresh eggs without any fuss. We don't have a website or any fancy marketing, just a sign outside and the crates stacked up high. Sometimes we have to deal with broken ones, which is just part of the job when you handle thousands of eggs a week. The work is repetitive but it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. Most of our customers are just neighbors or small restaurant owners who need their daily supply. It’s a basic, honest business that’s been on this road for a while. We stay open late because people often realize they forgot eggs for breakfast the next day, so we are here to help them out with a quick tray or half-dozen.
