Anilkumar Stores

You can find Anilkumar Stores on the second floor at 3/8 Magadi Road, right beside the Prasana Theatre in Cholourpalya. Being up on the second floor means that people have to walk up the stairs to find us, which is not always easy for everyone. We know it is a bit of a climb, but we try to make it worth the trip for those who come up. The shop is a bit tucked away from the main path, so we do not get as many random walk-ins as the places on the ground floor. We have been here for some time now, and we have gotten used to the constant sound of the traffic on Magadi Road and the big crowds going to the movies next door. It is a bit of a plain space, with simple wooden shelves and not much in the way of decoration. We keep things organized as best as we can, but sometimes when it gets busy, things get moved around by mistake. We sell various household items and some specialty goods that our regular customers really like. It is mostly just a few of us working here every day. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people telling their friends or neighbors about us. Sometimes we sit by the small window and watch the busy street below when things are quiet. It is a decent place to work, even if the stairs feel long at the end of the day.
