Amma Fruit Products

Amma Fruit Products is located at Dor No- 269/A in Weavers Colony. We are situated in the Gottigere area, just off B.G. Road. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop but everyone around here knows the colony. We started small and we are still pretty much a local operation. Working with fruit means our schedule follows the seasons. When certain fruits are in, we are very busy processing everything. The air often smells like whatever we are working on that day. It is a small place and things can get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big batch. We use simple tools and traditional ways of doing things. Our staff is mostly people from the nearby area. We don't have a big corporate office or a sales team. If you want something, you usually just come to the door and ask. We don't spend money on fancy packaging or commercials. We just focus on making the products. Sometimes we run out of stock because we only make so much at a time. That’s just the way it goes here. The building isn't very new, but it serves us well. Being in Weavers Colony feels like home to us. We just keep doing what we've always done. The floor is usually a bit sticky but that's part of the job.
