Alwin Ice Cream

We are located at number 8 in Nayandahalli and it is not a very complicated place. The shop is mostly taken up by the big freezers that line the walls. They make a constant humming sound that you stop noticing after being here for an hour. We sell ice cream in scoops and some that is already packed in boxes. The floor is made of tile which makes it easier to clean up the drips when the kids come in. Nayandahalli is a busy part of town but our street is a bit more tucked away from the main chaos. We do not have much room for people to sit down so most customers just buy their treats and head back out to the sidewalk. We have a couple of stools behind the counter for when things are slow. It is important for us to keep an eye on the temperature gauges because the heat outside can be a problem for the machines. The delivery truck comes a couple of times a week and we have to move fast to get everything stored away. It is heavy work and my back usually hurts by the end of the day. We do not have any big signs or bright lights. People in the area just know where we are. We have been here at number 8 for a long time and we know most of the neighbors.
