We operate Al-Cool Ice Creams out of Plot No- 189/190,1St Cross,. You can find us on K Narayanapura Main Road, right in the Shirdi Sai Nagar, Thanisandra, area. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s where we’ve set down roots. This part of Thanisandra has grown a lot since we first arrived. We have a decent amount of space here on the plot, which helps with the storage side of things. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s more of a practical workspace where we manage our stock and serve the locals. The road outside is usually busy with people commuting. We see a lot of the same neighbors every day. Running a business in Shirdi Sai Nagar means dealing with the usual city stuff like power cuts and traffic, but we manage. We aren’t part of some big chain. It’s just a local effort. We spend most of our time making sure the freezers are at the right temperature. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and checking lists. We don't have any scripted speeches for customers.
