You can find us over in Koramangala 6th Block, specifically near Shankarappa Garden on the 8th Cross. Our address is 78-56, tucked away in a spot that’s a bit quieter than the main West of Chord Road area. We have several large freezers running all day and night to keep everything cold. It’s a small space, so it can feel a bit cramped when we get a lot of deliveries at once. We don't have a big seating area or any fancy decor. It is mostly just a place where we store and sell different flavors of ice cream. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble to make sure the generators are working so nothing melts. That can be a real headache. We have been here for a while and the locals in Shankarappa Garden know us pretty well. During the summer, it gets really hectic and we are constantly opening and closing freezer doors. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. People just stop by when they want something cold. The floor can get a little sticky sometimes if a kid drops a cone, but we try to clean it up quickly. It’s just us running the shop, making sure the stock is rotated and the freezers stay frosty. It isn't a complicated business, but it keeps us on our toes throughout the week. We keep a simple routine and try to stay organized despite the limited space we have here.
