Down at No. A-8 and A-9D through A15D in the New Focal Point on Dabwali Road, you will find Mahashakti Energy Ltd. We have a fair amount of space here, but we seem to fill it up pretty quickly with all the equipment we handle. It is an industrial spot, so it is not particularly pretty to look at, but it is very functional. We work on energy systems and big electrical units. There is a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around with the forklift throughout the day. We have been around for a while and have seen the New Focal Point area grow and change. Our team is mostly made up of local people who know their way around a workshop. We do not really do the whole corporate image thing. Our office is just a simple place to keep the paperwork dry and filed away. Most of the action happens out on the floor where the heat and the noise are. We deal with a lot of steel and heavy-duty parts every day. It is a tough job sometimes, especially when the deadlines are tight and the machines start acting up. We do not make big promises; we just do the work as it comes in. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the news or the local cricket scores. It is a practical environment. We do not need any fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure everything is put together right.
