Kaka Fish Corner

We are located at the Gonina Mandi in Bhatinda, right near the main bus stand. It is a location that is always moving and shaking with people. Being near the bus stand means we have a lot of travelers and locals passing through our doors. We deal specifically with fish, which is a demanding job. You have to be there early to see what is coming in from the suppliers. The mandi can be a bit of a rough place, with lots of noise and dust, but it is where the business happens. Our shop isn't much to look at. We have the counters and the storage we need, and that is about it. We don't spend any time on decor or trying to look modern. We focus on the fish. Dealing with a product that can spoil quickly means we are always on our toes. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure everything is iced down properly. The people of Bhatinda know us well by now because we have been in this same spot for a long time. We don't have a marketing budget or any fancy flyers. We just rely on the fact that we are easy to find near the buses. It is a lot of work and our clothes usually smell like fish by the end of the day. We just keep working and serving the people who come to see us.
