Mosaic

Mosaic is located inside the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson on Mansa Road in Bhatinda. We are part of the Hbn Sunrise City area. It’s a bit outside the main city center, so it’s usually a little quieter here. We get a lot of people who are traveling for work and staying at the hotel. The building is big and easy to see from the road. Inside, we have our own space where we handle things. It’s a straightforward restaurant setup. We don't have any secret recipes or anything like that. We just make food every day. Some days we have big groups and other days it’s just one or two people sitting in the corner. We try to keep things organized. The staff knows how to handle the busy hours. Bhatinda can get very hot, so the air conditioning is always running here. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our guests are just folks staying in the rooms upstairs. We've been operating here for a while and we know the routine. It’s a practical place to get a meal without any fuss. The 151001 area is growing, and we see new buildings going up all the time around Mansa Road. We’re just here doing our job, keeping the tables clean and the food coming out.
