Mehmann Restaurant

We’re located out on Goniana Road, which is part of the G T Road in Bhatinda. If you know the Teenkoni area, we’re right near there. It’s a spot where a lot of travelers and locals pass by every single day. We’ve been here for a while, just running the restaurant as best as we can. It’s not a fancy place with lots of decorations. We just have the tables and chairs set up for anyone who needs a break from the road. The traffic outside can be quite heavy with trucks and cars, but inside we just keep things quiet and focused on the food. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen prepping for the day. It’s a simple routine that we’ve gotten used to over the years. We don’t have any big mission or anything like that. We just want to make sure people have something to eat when they stop by. The staff is just a few of us who handle everything from taking orders to cleaning up the floors at the end of the night. It’s practical work. We see a lot of people driving through on the G T Road, and some of them become regulars whenever they pass this way. We just keep the lights on and the stove hot. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing on the edge of town. We just keep working.
