Kapoor Chinese Corner

Kapoor Chinese Corner is our little shop at Shop No. 11 on Mall Road in Bhatinda. We are right there in the Gole Diggy Market area, which is always buzzing with people and traffic. The pin code is 151001. We’ve been running this shop for a good while now, and it’s a simple setup. We have a small kitchen area where we do all the cooking and a counter where people stand and wait for their food. It gets quite hot and loud with the sounds of the market and our own burners going, but that is just how it is. We start every day by getting the vegetables ready and making sure we have enough supplies for the evening rush. Mall Road is a busy place, so there are always people walking by. We don't have fancy waiters or a big seating area. Most of our customers are locals who want a quick bite while they are out in the market. We do all the cleaning and cooking ourselves, so it's a very hands-on business. It’s not a polished or corporate kind of place, just a regular street-side shop. We focus on getting the food out fast and keeping our small workspace tidy. We’re just a part of the daily life here in Bhatinda. We have been here since the market was much smaller than it is today. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us going. We just take each order as it comes.
