Barabanki Siddhaur Up Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Haidergarh. Specifically, we are at Surendra Kumar Nag’s place in Uttari Ansarisidhaur Gramin. It’s a rural area, so things move a bit slower around here compared to the city. Most of our work involves helping out the local farming community. We don't have a big corporate headquarters, just a simple space where we meet up and talk about the crops. The road out here can get pretty muddy when it rains, so we usually wear boots to the office. It’s a group effort with all the local growers involved. We share the work and the responsibilities. It’s hard work, and the sun can be brutal in the summer months. We don't really use big words or have complicated goals. We just want to make sure the farming stays steady for everyone involved. That’s about it for us. We’re just regular people working the land and helping each other out in Haidergarh. It is simple but keeps us moving.
