Bhitaulikalan Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out in the Nawabganj area, specifically in Bhitauli Kalan. Our group runs things from the address at Ram Chandra’s place in Baraban. It is a local effort where several of us got together to handle the farming business in a more organized way. Barabanki is a good place for farming, but it has its challenges like anywhere else. We spend a lot of time discussing what seeds to get and how to move our produce once it’s ready. It’s not a corporate thing with suits; it’s just us in our regular clothes trying to make things work. The office is really just a spot to meet and keep the records. Most of the real work happens outside. We have grown up around these fields, so we know the soil pretty well. People stop by often to check on what the collective is doing next. It feels like a small family business even though there are more of us involved now. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that’s part of the job. Being at 225001 means we are right in the middle of our community. We don't spend money on fancy signs. We just focus on the daily tasks of the farm and the company. Every season brings something different, and we just handle it as it comes.
