Superior Agriculture Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are located right here in Dughara Tanda Nijamali, which is a small part of Barabanki. Most of the work happens out of house 13, which is Uttam Kumar’s place. It isn't a big glass building or anything like that. It is just where we sit and figure out the farming business for the local folks. Usually, there are a few of us drinking tea and talking about the weather because that’s what matters most when you are dealing with crops. We started Superior Agriculture Farmer Producer Company Limited because the local farmers needed a way to get their things to market without so much trouble. We spend our mornings walking the fields and the afternoons doing paperwork that honestly takes too long. The roads around the village get pretty bad during the monsoon, so things slow down then. We know everyone around here by name. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when it is harvest time. Then everybody is busy and stressed. We don’t have any fancy goals, just trying to make sure the work we do in the soil pays off for the families living here. If you come by, you’ll probably see some tractors parked outside or a few bags of seeds waiting to be moved. It is just a regular village business run by people who grew up in these same fields. We are just doing our best with what we have.
