Bhanjasathi Farmers Producer Company Limited is our group's name. We are located at House Number 53 in Ward Number 9, which is in Palasbadha. This is Kartik Ch. Mohanta’s house. It is in the Dahisahi part of Morada, pin code 757020. We are just a bunch of farmers from this neighborhood. We decided to form this company to help ourselves with the selling part of farming. Most of us spend all day in the fields, so having a collective helps. Kartik’s place is where we keep our papers and have our discussions. It’s a regular house in a regular street. We don't have any big signs or advertisements. If you live in Morada, you probably know us or have seen us around. We grow the usual things that people around here need. We aren't looking to become some huge industry. We just want to get a fair deal for our hard work. Sometimes we talk about new ways to plant or how to get better fertilizer. It is a lot of trial and error. We learn from each other every day. Sentence by sentence, we just figure out how to keep the company going. It is not always easy, and sometimes the paperwork is a headache, but we stick together. It is a local effort by local people. That is really all there is to it. No more, no less. We just keep our heads down and work.
