Sanjeev Aggarwal Architect is located at 390-Green Avenue. If you know where the Distt Courts Chowk is, we are right near there, just opposite Dukhnivaran Hospital. It is a very easy place to find because of those landmarks. The office is run by Sanjeev and a couple of assistants who help keep things moving along. We have been at this Green Avenue spot for quite some time now. The traffic near the hospital can get a bit loud, but we are used to the hum of the city by now. Our daily routine involves a lot of sketching, checking regulations, and talking to contractors on the phone. We keep a lot of physical files because we still like having things on paper sometimes. It isn't a high-tech glass building, just a regular office where real work happens. We handle various building designs and spend a lot of time worrying about the small details that people might not notice at first. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time, though. We aren't into fancy titles or corporate talk. We just want to make sure the drawings are accurate and the clients know what they are getting. Being near the courts and the hospital means we see a lot of people passing by every day. It's a solid, local practice that has been part of the neighborhood for years.
