Arora Amit Architect

My name is Amit Arora and I run my architecture office over on Kashmir Avenue, right on Batala Road. We are pretty easy to find since we are near Dr. Renu Goel's place at F-7/575. I have spent a lot of time in this area and I know the local buildings well. Usually, I am stuck behind a computer or sketching on paper. People come in when they need a plan for a new house or maybe they want to add a shop to their property. I don't use those fancy words you hear in magazines. I just listen to what people want and try to draw it out so the builders know what to do. Batala Road is always busy, but it's home for my work. I handle the permits and the technical drawings that nobody really likes doing. It is hard work sometimes, especially when the regulations change, but I try to keep up with it. I have seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. My office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get work done. I try to be honest about what can be built and what can't. If you walk past the doctor's clinic, you will see my sign. I am usually around during the day if someone needs to talk about a project. It is just straightforward architecture work here and I like keeping it that way for everyone.
