Chhabra Pankaj Architect

I’m writing this from our desk at B-175 in Ranjit Avenue. It’s a fairly quiet spot, which helps when you’re staring at floor plans all day. Chhabra Pankaj Architect has been here for a bit now. We spend most of our time looking at measurements and trying to make things fit where they should. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with rolls of paper everywhere, but that is just how it goes when you are working on something. People usually just drop by or give us a call when they have a project in mind. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we get the drawings done. Ranjit Avenue is a nice area to be in, and being at B-175 makes it easy for folks to find us once they know the landmark. We usually have the kettle going and there is always a stack of blueprints that needs checking. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We mostly focus on the technical side of things, making sure the walls are where they need to be and the roof stays up. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the buildings around here over the years. Some days are slow and others are a bit of a rush to get things filed. We just keep at it, one drawing at a time, making sure the lines are straight and the numbers add up. It takes patience to get the details right.
