Being based out of 419 Guru Nanak Nagar is interesting because of how much goes on around here. Satala Road is always moving, and we’re right in the thick of it near P.O. Vijay Nagar. At Kamini Kiran Architect, the office is basically a second home for us. We’ve got stacks of files that date back years and a lot of equipment that we’ve gathered over time. It’s not a showroom; it’s a workspace. You’ll see pencil shavings on the floor and rolls of drawings leaning against the walls in every corner. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decor because that’s not what we’re about. We’re about getting the job done correctly. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is dropping by to ask a quick question about a site. We try to keep things simple and direct. The mail comes to P.O. Vijay Nagar, and we’ve become friendly with the local folks around Satala Road over the years. It’s a good community to be part of. When we’re not out visiting a construction site, we’re here at number 419, trying to make sense of the latest project requirements. It gets a bit hot in the summer months, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving while we work. It’s just a normal office where people work hard and try to do right by the folks who hire us. We always keep a few extra umbrellas by the door for when the rain starts suddenly.
