Bansal Bina Architect

I am Bina Bansal and I have been working as an architect at D-252 in Ranjit Avenue for quite some time now. My office is basically a room filled with books, rulers, and a lot of sketches. I don't go for those high-end office looks. It is a place where I can think and draw. Most of my work involves helping people in the neighborhood with their home designs. Ranjit Avenue is a nice place to be based. I have seen families grow and houses change over the years. I focus on making spaces work for the people living in them. It is not about winning awards or getting in magazines for me. I just want to make sure the stairs aren't too steep and the rooms get enough light. I spend my days checking on sites and then coming back here to fix up the drawings. I work alone mostly, though sometimes I have someone help with the drafting. It is a quiet life but I stay busy. People find me through their neighbors usually. I don't really do much online or with ads. If you need a set of plans or some advice on a renovation, you can just stop by the office. I try to keep my advice honest and based on what actually works in a real house. There is no point in drawing something that can't be built properly.
