The Kaushik Family Restaurant

The Kaushik Family Restaurant is located in the Mishra Complex along the Kanpur Highway in Bamrauli. We are near the ponghat pul, which is a well-known bridge in this part of Allahabad. The 211012 area is heavily influenced by the highway traffic, so we see a lot of people driving through on their way to other places. Our restaurant is a simple place inside the complex. It’s not one of those high-end dining spots; it’s more of a place where families and travelers can sit down for a bit. We spend our days in the kitchen and making sure the tables are wiped down. Being near Bamrauli means we get a mix of local residents and people who are just passing through on the highway. The noise of the trucks and cars is something we are used to by now. The Mishra Complex is a sturdy building and we’ve been here for a while. We don't have a team of people to handle our image. It’s just us running the restaurant and making sure the food is ready. We deal with the heat in the kitchen and the busy lunch rushes when they happen. It’s a straightforward life. We keep things functional and don't try to be something we aren't.
