El Chico Espresso Snack Bar

Our snack bar is on M.G. Road in the Civil Lines area, specifically at number 24/28 in the Lucky Range building. It’s an old part of town and we’ve been here for quite some time. We call it an espresso snack bar because we serve coffee and quick bites. It’s not a place where you’d sit for a three-course dinner. Instead, people stop by for a quick break while they’re out shopping or working in the offices nearby. The space is a bit small, so it can get loud when the coffee machine is running and people are talking. We have a few small tables and some stools at the counter. The walls have some old photos on them, but nothing fancy. We use a regular espresso machine that we’ve had for years. It still makes a good cup. Our snacks are mostly things like sandwiches or small pastries that go well with coffee. Civil Lines is a busy area, so there’s always someone walking past the window. We like the bustle of the street. It’s just a small shop where we try to keep the coffee hot and the snacks fresh. We don’t have a marketing team or a big budget. We just open the doors in the morning and wait for the regulars to show up. It’s a simple life and we like it that way. No big logos or branding, just coffee for people in a rush.
