Allahabad Famous Kabab Paratha

Our place is called Allahabad Famous Kabab Paratha and we are located at 5a Shaukat Ali Road. This is in the Atala neighborhood of Allahabad, 211001. We have been here for a good number of years. It is a very busy street and there is always something going on outside. The shop is small and can get quite hot because of the tawa and the grills we use. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us working together. We don't spend any time on fancy decorations or social media. We just focus on the food we make every day. The locals from Atala know us well. Usually, the smell of the kababs is enough to let people know we are open. It is a very straightforward way to run a business. We start our prep work early in the morning so everything is ready for the evening crowd. Shaukat Ali Road gets very crowded as the sun goes down. We have seen the city change a lot from our spot here. But our routine stays mostly the same. We serve whoever walks up to the counter. It is manual work and it can be tiring, but it is what we do. We are just a local spot that people in Allahabad seem to know. There is no corporate office, just us at 5a.
