Sai Classic Restaurant

We are located on Dr. Katju Road in the Johnstonganj area of Allahabad. Our building is very close to the railway station which means there is never a quiet moment. You can always hear the trains and the crowds outside. At Sai Classic Restaurant we see all kinds of people from travelers who just stepped off a train to locals who have lived here forever. The area is quite old and the streets are narrow and busy. We have a simple dining room where people can sit and have a meal away from the chaos of the station. The kitchen is always a hive of activity with someone always chopping or stirring something. We don't have a polished corporate look. The paint on the walls might be a bit old and the furniture is basic but it works for us. We focus on getting through the daily rush. Johnstonganj is a landmark in itself so we don't have to explain where we are to most people. We deal with the typical problems of a busy city like traffic jams right outside our door. It is a lot of hard work and long hours but we like the feeling of the station being so close. It feels like we are in the middle of everything that happens in this city. We just keep the doors open and the food ready.
