Novelty Air Conditioned Restaurant

Our restaurant is at 1, Johnstonganj in Allahabad. The pin code is 211003. If you know where the old Neeranjan Cinema used to be, we are right below it. Being in a spot like that means the building has a lot of history. It is an older part of town and things can get pretty crowded on the street outside. We have air conditioning, which is important because it gets very hot in Allahabad during the summer. You can feel the cool air as soon as you step down into our place. We spend a lot of time making sure the AC units are running right. The staff is mostly local people who have lived in Johnstonganj for years. We aren't trying to be the most modern place in the world. We just want a space where people can escape the heat for a bit. The sign outside is a bit old now but it still does the job. We have a routine of cleaning the floors and setting the tables every morning before the first person walks in. It’s a simple business. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, do our jobs, and go home at the end of the shift. Being below the old cinema gives the place a different feel than a regular shop.
