You can find us at Shop Number 5-A on Sardar Patel Marg, right in the middle of Civil Lines in Allahabad. It’s a very busy part of town, especially being so close to Subhash Chauraha. There’s always a lot of traffic and people walking by our front door. We’ve been operating here for a while, and the place has its own character. It’s not one of those shiny new places; it’s more of a local spot where people feel comfortable sitting for a bit. We get a lot of people who work in the nearby offices and students who are looking for a break. The lunch hour is always the craziest time, with everyone talking at once and the kitchen trying to keep up with the orders. We have a few regular staff members who have been with us for years, and we just work through the day as it comes. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud or we have to move tables around to fit a larger family, but we make it work. It’s a lot of effort to keep a restaurant going in such a busy area, but we like being in Civil Lines. We spend most of our time making sure the food is ready and the tables are cleared. It’s a simple business, nothing too complicated, just a place for people to get a meal while they’re out in the city.
