Maharaj Restaurants

Our restaurant is located inside the Vinayak City Center Mall. That's in the Civil Lines area of Allahabad, pin code 211001. Being in the mall is a bit different than being on the street, but it's still a busy place. We see a lot of people who are out shopping or going to the movies. Civil Lines is a well-known part of town. We've been here for some time now. The mall gets quite crowded on the weekends especially. We have our space set up with enough tables for families and groups. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular restaurant where you can sit down and eat. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen making sure everything is ready for the lunch and dinner rushes. The mall environment means we have air conditioning, which is nice during the Allahabad summers. We don't really do much advertising. People usually just find us while they're walking through Vinayak City Center. It’s a convenient spot for people who are already in the area. We have some regular staff who have been with us since we opened here. We just try to keep things clean and the food ready. There’s not much more to it than that. It’s just a daily routine of opening up, serving customers, and closing down at night. We like being part of the mall community even if it gets a bit noisy on Saturdays.
