LAZIZ BIRYANI SHOP

LAZIZ BIRYANI SHOP is our small business located at 12/345 on 60 Feet Road in the Kareli area of Allahabad. We are right near the Kareli Power House, so we are pretty easy to spot if you are in that part of town. We mostly focus on making biryani, which is what we have been doing for a long time. The shop is a simple, no-frills place where the main focus is on the big cooking pots. We do not have fancy seating or air conditioning. It is just a traditional shop where the food is the main thing. We start our work early to get the rice and meat cooking slowly so it is ready by lunchtime. 60 Feet Road is a busy place with a lot of shops and houses nearby. We know many of our customers by sight because they have been coming to us for years. We do not use any promotional talk or try to sound like something we are not. We are just a local biryani shop run by people from the neighborhood. Some days we sell out quite early, and other days we have a bit left over at the end of the night. It is a very honest way to earn a living. We spend our time in the heat of the kitchen and serving customers at the counter. It is hard work, but we are used to it and enjoy being part of the Kareli community. We keep the shop open until the last pot is empty.
