Keswarni Dosa Corner

We run this little dosa corner over on K.L. Road in Kydganj. It’s in the Neta Nagar part of Mutthi Ganj, right here in Allahabad 211003. Most people know where the Bank of Baroda is in Mutthi Ganj, and we are located quite close to that. It’s just a small shop where we make dosas all day long. We don't have a lot of seating, just a few stools and some space to stand. It’s a busy street, so there’s always a lot of noise and dust from the traffic. We don't mind it much. We started this because we liked making south Indian food in a place that didn't have much of it. The batter is made fresh every morning. We don't use any fancy machines, just the usual griddles. It’s a family-run type of thing. My cousin helps out when it gets busy in the evenings. We don't have a big sign, just the smell of the food usually brings people in. If you're looking for a formal sit-down meal, this probably isn't the spot. But if you want a quick dosa while you're walking through Kydganj, we are here. We keep it simple and try to get the orders out fast. It’s just a regular street-side corner where we do what we know how to do. We just keep the stove going from morning until the night.
