Kasbah Restaurant

You can find Kasbah Restaurant over at 22, Tharnhill Road in the Civil Lines area of Allahabad. We are right near the Hira Halwai Chauraha, which is a spot most people around here know pretty well. Civil Lines is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on near us. Our place isn't anything too fancy or modern. We have a simple dining room where we serve food to the locals and anyone else who happens to be passing through 211001. We aren't part of a big chain or anything. It’s just a local restaurant where we do things our own way. The tables are standard and we don't have any of those flashy decorations. Some days it gets quite busy, especially around dinner time when families come out. The kitchen can get a bit frantic then, but we try to manage. We focus on serving the kind of meals that people in Allahabad are used to. It is a bit of an older building, so it has its quirks, like the occasional squeaky chair or a door that sticks a bit. We don't mind that much, and neither do our regulars. Most people come here because they know the location and they want a simple place to sit down. It’s just an honest little spot on Tharnhill Road where you can eat without any trouble. We don't have a lot of waiters, so you might have to wave someone down if it's busy.
