Hang Out Lounge

You can find Hang Out Lounge over on Elgin Road. We are near Heart Line Hospital in the Civil Lines area. Allahabad can get quite crowded, but this corner is usually okay. We set this place up because we wanted a spot that wasn't too loud. It is just a basic lounge where people come to take a break. We handle the daily chores ourselves. Most days involve a lot of sweeping and checking the stock. The building number is 18/01/14, which is easy enough to find if you’re looking for it. We get a mix of people since the hospital is close by. Some stay for a long time, others just grab what they need and go. The furniture has seen some use over the years, but it’s comfortable enough. We don't spend money on fancy marketing. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. We try to keep the lights at a decent level. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, but once you’re inside it’s fine. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. It is a lot of routine work, honestly. We open the shutters, get the air conditioning going, and start the day. It’s just a local business trying to stay steady in Civil Lines. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just focus on the basics and keep going.
