GayTime Family Restauran

Over here on Elgin Road, things are always moving. We have those three shops, numbers one, two, and three, right next to Prithvi Garden. If you’re driving down Civil Lines in Allahabad, you might notice the Amitdeep Maruti Showroom; we are very close to that. Being a family place means we see a lot of different people. It gets noisy sometimes, especially when groups come in after a long day. We don’t have a big corporate manual for how to talk to people. We just say hello and get to work. The street outside is usually full of cars and people heading towards the showroom or the gardens. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now. The building is solid and we keep the inside clean enough for anyone to sit down. Allahabad has its own pace, a bit slower than the big metros but still busy in the Civil Lines area. We like being near the gardens because it feels a bit more open. Every morning we open the shutters and check what needs doing. It’s a lot of manual work, making sure the tables are right and the kitchen is ready. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. GayTime Family Restauran is just a place where families can come. We focus on the daily chores and making sure the food is ready when people walk in through the door. It is just a normal, local business.
