Jhunsi has its own rhythm, and we are just a part of that. The staff here likes their tea and their quiet moments. We are not trying to change the world overnight. We just collect data, write reports, and talk about things that matter to society. It is slow work sometimes. You might see someone staring out a window for twenty minutes. They are not lazy, they are just thinking. That is just how a social science institute works. It is a humble place with a lot of paper and quiet thoughts.
