Alipurduar is a beautiful part of the world, and being in Alipurduar-I means we are right in the middle of a very active farming community. We are a group of farmers who decided that we could do more if we worked as a single company. It’s about helping each other out with things like seeds, tools, and finding buyers for our harvests. Santosh’s place is where we gather to talk about our plans and check on how everyone is doing. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. Our main focus is just making sure the farmers in our group can make a living. The weather up here can be a bit unpredictable, and we have to deal with the challenges that come with being near the forest and the hills. We spend a lot of time just chatting with our members and seeing what their biggest problems are during the season. It’s a very hands-on way of doing business, but it’s the only way that makes sense to us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, just a reliable one that the local people can trust when they need to get their crops to market or buy supplies.
