Holdibari Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Uttar Holdibari. We are a group of local farmers who decided to come together to make things a bit easier for everyone. Our main spot is at Plot Number 513 in the village. It is a very rural area under the Kumargram police station. Most of us have lived here our whole lives. We are not business experts or anything like that. We are just people who know how to work the land. We started this company because we wanted a better way to handle our produce. We spend most of our time in the fields, but we meet up at our small office to talk about the business side. It is a simple room with a few chairs and a table. We don't have any fancy decorations or corporate stuff. We talk about seeds, weather, and market prices while having our tea. The roads in Kumargramduar can be quite difficult to travel on during the monsoon season. Everything gets muddy and slow. But we are used to it by now. We don't have a big budget for advertising or anything promotional. We just work hard and hope for a good harvest. It is a collective effort, and everyone in the group has a say in what we do. That is just how we operate in Uttar Holdibari.
