Morale Institute Of Management

Our institute is located in the Upper Fort area, very close to the Jama Masjid. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of character and very narrow lanes that can be a bit tricky to navigate if you aren't used to them. At Morale Institute Of Management, we don't have a massive campus with stadiums or fancy fountains. We just have a few floors with classrooms where we teach management subjects to the local students. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is just basic wooden desks and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend our days talking to students about their classes and helping them fill out their forms. It’s a noisy neighborhood because of the market nearby, so you can often hear the sounds of the street during lectures. We don't pretend to be some world-class elite university. We are just a local place where people can come to learn some skills and hopefully get a better job afterward. The teachers are regular folks who live nearby and care about the students doing well. We don't have a big administrative department with lots of bosses. It’s just a few of us making sure the classes happen on time and the exams are graded. We keep things simple and honest here. It’s just about getting an education in a way that makes sense for the people living in this area.
