If you find yourself on Chorciyawas Road in Vaishali Nagar, you’ll see our place near the Jhulelal Mandir. It’s a well-known landmark, so we usually just tell people to look for the temple. The bells from the temple are a good way to keep track of the time throughout our day. We’ve been working out of this area for a long time, mostly dealing with the houses and plots around here. The road gets quite busy, especially during festival times, but that’s just life in this part of town. Our daily routine is pretty much the same—open up, sweep the front, and start making calls to see who is selling what. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who know the local streets by heart. People stop by to ask about prices or to see if anything new has come on the market. We don't use any high-pressure tactics because everyone knows everyone else around here. It’s more about having a conversation and seeing if we can help. The office has a few old chairs and a lot of registers filled with names and numbers. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking through the details of different properties. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We just try to be fair and keep things moving along for the folks here.
