Disha Properties

Vaishali Nagar is where we set up Disha Properties. You can find us on Maakadwali Road. It’s a busy street with a lot of shops and people moving around. Our office isn't very big, but it serves us well for meeting folks who are interested in houses or land around here. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office, so we are always cleaning the desks. It’s a local business through and through. We know which plots are available and who is looking to sell. We spend our mornings checking the local listings and our afternoons usually involve driving out to show properties to people. The weather gets pretty hot during the summer months, which makes being out on the road a bit tiring. We usually take a break in the middle of the day when it’s too bright outside. People in the neighborhood know us as the place to go if they have questions about property. We don’t do any big advertising. Mostly, it’s just locals stopping by after they’ve heard about us from a friend. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, with more buildings going up every few months. It keeps us busy, that’s for sure. We try to be helpful and just give honest answers about what a place is worth or what the neighborhood is like for families. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that.
