You can find us at 1 Jh 16 in Vaishali Nagar, right in the heart of Janta Colony. It is a very crowded and active part of the city, which keeps things interesting for us. Our office is tucked away on a side street where there is always someone passing by. We have been working as property agents in this colony for many years. The office is quite small and sometimes feels a bit cramped when more than two people visit at once. We have some old wooden chairs and a table that has seen a lot of use. We do not have any digital screens or fancy presentations. Instead, we use big paper maps and handwritten lists of available houses and plots. Janta Colony has a lot of history, and we have seen it grow and change over time. We know which houses have good water supply and which streets get flooded during the monsoon. This is the kind of local knowledge we share with people who come to us. We do not use any marketing tricks or polished speeches. We just speak plainly about what is available and what the prices are. It is a very honest and basic way of doing business. We are usually here from early morning until late evening, just taking things as they come. It is hard work but it is what we know.
