Jagdamba Properties

Jagdamba Properties is located on the road in Bhunabai, right opposite the Rawat Complex near University Tiraha. It’s a good spot because of all the students and people moving around the university area. Our place is not hard to find if you’re looking for Rawat Complex. We have a modest setup here. It’s mostly just a few desks and some benches for people to sit on while they wait. We don’t have air conditioning or fancy decorations. It’s just a regular office where we do our work every day. Being near University Tiraha means there’s always something happening outside. We spend a lot of time talking to people who come in looking for information. We don't use any complicated systems, just some notebooks and a basic computer. We’ve been in Bhunabai for a while and we know the area pretty well. It’s not a polished business environment. It’s more about just being here and being available. Sometimes we have to step out to see a site, but usually, someone is around. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just open up in the morning and see what the day brings. Jagdamba Properties is just us, sitting across from the complex, trying to keep things moving. We prefer the direct approach to everything. It’s just how we operate here near the university. We don't need much more than a desk and a phone.
