Our office is right on Kutcheri Road, just across from the Punjab National Bank. It’s a hectic part of town because of the bank and all the other shops around us. There is always a lot of traffic and people walking by. If you’ve ever had to go to the bank there, you’ve probably walked past our door without even thinking about it. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time now. The space inside is simple, mostly just desks and a lot of files. We deal with property stuff, which usually means a lot of talking and looking through documents. It’s not glamorous, but it is what we do. On some days, the street noise makes it hard to hear the phone, but that’s just life on Kutcheri Road. We don’t bother with much decoration or anything like that. We are more focused on keeping the records straight and making sure we have the right information when someone asks about a property. Dealing with people all day means you hear a lot of stories. We try to be helpful and just give straight answers. It’s a local business, through and through. Most of our regulars are folks who live nearby or have been in the area for years. We like being in a spot that everyone knows, even if it does get a bit crowded outside sometimes.
