D R Properties is located over at 41290 Vaishali Nagar in Janta Colony. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, which we appreciate. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. Our office is simple and doesn't have much in the way of decoration or fancy furniture. We prefer it that way because it keeps things easy to manage. We deal with houses and plots around Vaishali Nagar. People in Janta Colony know us as the local property folks. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re from a big city firm. We just know the local land and who is looking to sell. Real estate can be tricky with all the different prices and locations, so we just keep it simple for our clients. We spend a lot of time talking to owners and showing people around the neighborhood. Sometimes we’re out all day and the office is empty, but that’s the nature of the work.
