We handle property matters and we also have the treat side of the business. It happened because we had the space and thought we might as well use it for both things. Shiv Nagar is a decent residential area, so we get people asking about local houses and plots. Foy Sagar Road is a main path for many people, which helps bring folks in. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks for the property work and a counter for the other stuff. It’s not a high-end corporate office. We have files piled up and the chairs are just regular plastic ones. It feels more like a home office than a business sometimes. My partner and I run things.
